At NothingExtra, we aim to process and deliver orders as efficiently and transparently as possible, wherever you are ordering from.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days

  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available


🚚 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

Available shipping countries and delivery options are displayed automatically at checkout based on your location. If a country is not available, it will not appear as a shipping option at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier, and external factors.

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 working days

  • Europe: 3–12 working days

  • International destinations: 4–18 working days

We do not add hidden shipping or handling fees after checkout.

  • NothingExtra is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes


📍 Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Orders returned due to address errors may require an additional shipping fee before re-dispatch


📦 Lost or Delayed Parcels
