NothingExtra offers purchase options that may include one-time purchases and subscription-based products. This policy explains how subscription purchases work and how you can cancel or modify them.


🔁 Subscription Products

When you choose a subscription or “Subscribe & Save” option:

  • You authorise NothingExtra to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency shown at checkout

  • Subscription prices, billing frequency, and delivery intervals are clearly displayed before purchase

  • Subscriptions are optional and can be managed at any time


❌ Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

Important:

  • Cancellations must be made before the next billing date

  • Once a subscription order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled for that billing cycle


💸 Refunds on Subscription Orders

  • Subscription charges that have already been processed are non-refundable, unless required by UK consumer law

  • If a subscription order arrives faulty or incorrect, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies


✏️ Modifying Your Subscription

Before your next billing date, you may:

  • Change delivery frequency

  • Update your shipping address

  • Update your payment method

  • Pause or cancel your subscription

Changes can be made through your account or by contacting our support team.


📦 Subscription Delivery

  • Subscription orders are processed and shipped in line with our Shipping Policy

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier or external factors
