How To Use
Take 3 tablets daily with meals. We recommend taking 1 tablet with breakfast, 1 tablet with lunch and 1 tablet with dinner.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Contains Green Tea Extract. Do not consume more than 800mg EGCG daily. Not recommended on an empty stomach or alongside other green tea extract products.
